Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Watchperson to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking an outdoor enthusiast, who likes to work with their hands and wants to make our guest experience once in a lifetime to join our Outdoor Dining Team! You will be maintaining our Field of Lights installation and outdoor dining experience sites in the desert, all while exceeding our guests' imaginations and expectations.
This role requires a valid Full Australian Drivers Licence and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).

- Provide on the ground assistance and support to outdoor dining sites.
- Cleaning and upkeep of Outdoor Dining vehicles, as well assisting with the maintenance of Outdoor dining sites.
- Ownership of the upkeep of the Field of Light installation and surrounding areas, including reporting any maintenance that needs reporting, with pods and clusters as a priority.
