Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Night Audit Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer focused and experienced Front Office professional to be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you supervise and lead all night audit team, ensuring a seamless rollover of the Opera Cloud PMS for the next day’s operations, Undertake Front Office duties as required to meet guest overnight needs to maintain guest satisfaction, provide detailed handovers and reporting of any discrepancies.
Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.

Key Duties
- Perform end-of-day financial audits, including balancing and reconciling all accounts from the day’s takings from the hotel and the outlets connected to the zone.
- Manage the front desk operations with guest front of mind during the night shift.
- Address or alert any issues or discrepancies to management that may arise during the reconciliation process.
- Supervise the Night Audit team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures
